Larissa Bither
Larissa Bither, CPA, joined Abercrombie & Associates in May 2008. She provides audit and accounting services to clients in various industries. Prior to joining the firm Larissa spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on the oil and gas industry - the last two years as audit manager.
Larissa graduated from Moscow Technological College (Russia) with a degree in economics. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Charted Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) of England.
Carolyn Cordrey
Carolyn Cordrey, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the firm in August of 2011 and brings over 13 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit and accounting services. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE in 1996 and earned her CPA license in 1998. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Carolyn plans to complete the reciprocal application to become licensed in the state of Texas in the near future. Carolyn relocated to the Houston area from Atlanta, Georgia in the summer of 2011 and currently resides in The Woodlands with her husband and son.
Karen Donelson
Karen F. Donelson received her BBA from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She continued her accounting work at the University of Houston and became a CPA in 1976. She began her accounting career at Ernst and Ernst; and has continued in the profession for the past 34 years. Focusing primarily on business and individual taxation, Karen has extensive experience in partnership and S corporation tax issues with special emphasis on closely held family businesses and financial planning.
Dee Dee Kedzie Dee Dee Kedzie, a Certified Public Accountant, earned her BBA degree from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, TX (now Texas A&M University Kingsville) in 1983, and became a CPA in 1985. Dee Dee worked in various industries (primarily retail and real estate oriented) prior to certification, and has remained in public accounting since. She joined Abercrombie & Associates, PC in 1999. Her experience in public accounting has been primarily in taxation, and she serves both individual and business clients of all types, from small to large. Dee Dee lives near The Woodlands, and has been active in her community, serving on various school PTA boards and other organization committees. She and her husband Jay have a son in college and a daughter in high school.
Philip Michelson
Philip Michelson, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Abercrombie & Associates, PC in July 2011. Phil graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 with both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science-Taxation and he became a CPA in 2006. His experience in public accounting has been primarily in taxation and he enjoys serving both individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. In 2011, Phil relocated from Fort Worth and now lives in The Woodlands with his wife, Judy, and son, Caleb.
